The Role and Team We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to lead our strategic product-to-product integrations, ISV partnerships, and SDK strategy within Medallia's Experience Platform. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for how Medallia products integrate with each other, how acquisition products integrate with Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC), and how external ISV partners leverage our platform capabilities. You will lead a team of Product Managers while driving the technical and business strategy for Medallia's integration ecosystem. Our Platform ingests billions of records (surveys, calls, conversations, cases, and more) while generating meaningful insights and actions for our customers. Operating at this scale, we drive our product priorities to deliver on 3 key objectives: a) Unifying our product capabilities (including acquisitions and partner integrations) to continue to help our customers use the full spectrum of our tools, b) streamline our offering and drive high operational efficiency, and c) unlock greater customer ROI by meaningfully using data and AI to solve key business problems and use-cases in a horizontal and reusable way. The Platform Product Team effectively balances business and technology needs in meeting these objectives and acts as the champion for both customers and internal users. This is a highly strategic role that sits at the intersection of platform architecture, partner ecosystem development, and developer experience. You will shape how Medallia becomes the central hub for customer experience data and functionality across the enterprise technology stack. Responsibilities
Define Integration Strategy: Establish comprehensive integration strategy across internal products, ISV partnerships, and developer ecosystem Multi-Cloud Platform Vision: Drive strategic roadmap for data exchange with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, Snowflake, Databricks, and major cloud vendors Team Leadership: Build, develop, and nurture a team of Product Managers Product-to-Product Integrations: Standardize integration patterns and data exchange across Medallia products and acquisitions ISV Partner Ecosystem: Manage strategic partnerships and integration packages with key enterprise platforms SDK & Developer Experience: Drive SDK strategy enabling customer embedding and extension of Medallia capabilities API & Marketplace Strategy: Lead development of API portal, developer tooling, and platform extensions Stakeholder Management: Partner with alliances, professional services, and go-to-market teams Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering and architecture teams to define technical standards Business Impact: Drive measurable revenue impact through integration portfolio growth QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
8+ years of product management or equivalent product solution and architecture experience in enterprise SaaS platforms including: Experience with major enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe) and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) Enterprise integration and automation platforms (i.e. iPaaS, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines) At least 5 years experience focused on integrations, APIs, or platform products including: Modern API architecture, including REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns SDK development and developer experience best practices 3+ years of people management experience leading teams Preferred Qualifications
Customer Experience Management Platform experience Pricing and Packaging experience focused on API Products, Data APIs, and Packaged Solutions Experience with marketplace and ecosystem development, including partner onboarding and enablement Familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, Productboard) Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems with measurable business impact Experience developing platform strategies that balance extensibility with coherence Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders Experience working in global, distributed teams with offshore development partnerships Compensation and Benefits Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $275,000. This position is bonus eligible. The salary range information is a general guideline and combines all distinct labor markets within the US. Compensation decisions depend on factors including scope and responsibilities, work experience, location, education, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and business considerations. Medallia also offers competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life and AD&D insurance, statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays.
