The Director of Creator Marketing serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for implementing the national creator marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overarching vision established by the Senior Director of Creator Marketing. This position includes managing a team dedicated to national talent collaborations and projects, which may involve integrating creators into existing Red Bull events or organizing creator-led events and initiatives. The role focuses on fostering impactful partnerships with creators and driving growth in earned social media outcomes. Additionally, the Director will work closely with regional teams, offering expertise and support to guarantee the smooth execution of the national creator marketing program.

NATIONAL PROGRAM EXECUTION

Lead the execution of the national creator marketing program, overseeing talent collaborations, projects, and initiatives.

Continuously identify key national and regional creators by assessing their impact, brand fit, and potential for integration.

Provide detailed reports to the Senior Director of Creator Marketing for evaluation and approval.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the gaming landscape, including platforms, trends, and influential streamers.

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top-tier gaming creators and streamers, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives and campaigns.

Maintain and manage an annual calendar to strategically position Red Bull during key moments throughout the year, such as national campaigns and major events.

Collaborate with business units (e.g., Sports, Culture, Brand) to incorporate creators into events or projects when appropriate.

Direct and oversee a team dedicated to national creator partnerships, ensuring efficient workflows and effective communication.

Manage project contracts and agreements with creators, fostering fair and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Educate, onboard, and guide creators into the World of Red Bull, ensuring understanding of product functionality, brand attributes, and focus areas.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices for influencers/creators to maintain competitiveness and innovation.

Focus on meaningful and authentic product integration in creators’ daily life and content.

Ensure that all content created by or with creators adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining authenticity.

LEADERSHIP

Lead, manage, and inspire a team of creator marketing professionals by fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while encouraging growth and development.

Empower the team to own their projects and deliver exceptional results.

Build and manage strong relationships with national creators and their teams, fostering trust and collaboration.

Identify, implement, and oversee key creator experiences at Red Bull events, third-party events, and bespoke initiatives that align with the Creator Marketing strategy.

Support regional teams in achieving executional excellence by driving influencer campaigns that engage in cultural, consumer, and product conversations.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

Monitor, track, and report on the performance of national creator activations, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Use data-driven insights to guide content strategies and refine future partnerships.

Share findings and best practices with regional teams and the wider marketing organization.

Develop and implement standards and toolkits for Creator Marketing within RBNA, ensuring proper usage and standardized reporting.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

Passionate about the creator space with a minimum of 10 years of experience working directly with or managing talent, with at least 6 years managing a large team and substantial budgets.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and consumer habits.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, promoting cross-functional collaboration.

A creative mindset with an entrepreneurial "+can-do" attitude focused on solutions.

Embodies and represents the Red Bull brand and products.

Possesses a "winning and energetic personality" that attracts engagement and opportunities.

In-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.

Demonstrated leadership: capable presenter, motivator, influencer, and negotiator.

Exceptional sales and collaboration abilities: known as a "connector" who builds relationships across borders to bring new opportunities to Red Bull.

Effective problem solver and mediator, capable of aligning interests and resolving conflicts.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280 to $172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
