Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our client in Queen Creek, AZ. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for Electrical distribution in a construction project at a manufacturing facility.
We are open to 6 months experience plus. Contract to Hire *Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D models using Revit, Navisworks to support project design and documentation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive models. Utilize NavisWorks for clash detection and coordination among different disciplines. Create detailed schematics and drafting plans that adhere to industry standards. Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Experience Proficiency in BIM software including Revit and NavisWorks. Background in 3D electrical modeling, drafting, CAD applications, and construction methodologies. Experience in creating detailed schematics and understanding of industry standards related to building design.
