Role: Project Manager / Estimator

Location: Sioux Falls (Hybrid Role – Multi-State Travel Required)

Salary: $170,000+ | All Expenses Paid | Per Diem | Full Benefits Package

We are a leading concrete contractor based in Sioux Falls, specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects across multiple states. Known for delivering high-quality work on time and on budget, we pride ourselves on our strong client relationships, safety record, and expert project delivery.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and help lead some of the most exciting and complex concrete construction projects in the region.

This is a hybrid position based in Sioux Falls, with regular travel to job sites across multiple states. You’ll play a dual role—estimating and winning work, and then managing those projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial/industrial concrete projects from bid through close-out
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals for large-scale projects
• Conduct site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and interface with clients and subcontractors
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are upheld on every site
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction (PM or Estimating roles)
• Proven track record on large commercial and/or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of estimating software and project management tools
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states (travel fully covered)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $170,000+ base salary (DOE)
• All travel expenses paid + per diem
