We're looking for an accomplished and strategic Regional General Manager to lead our branch teams and ensure operational excellence across a key territory. This role is for a seasoned leader who excels at building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and upholding the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction. As the linchpin between our corporate vision and regional execution, you'll be directly accountable for your territory’s success.

Key Responsibilities The Regional General Manager is tasked with optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. This involves crafting and implementing a comprehensive regional business plan to meet and exceed profitability targets. You will constantly analyze operational metrics and resource allocation to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring every branch runs smoothly and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final installation, ensuring a seamless and profitable workflow. Ultimately, you're responsible for streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and deepening client relationships to fuel sustainable growth within your region.

A cornerstone of this position is

people development and team leadership . You will be instrumental in building elite teams, recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring top-tier talent to ensure every branch is staffed with skilled and motivated professionals. Your role is to foster a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Regional General Manager is also accountable for ensuring

exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence . You will oversee all aspects of branch operations to maintain consistency and efficiency. This includes managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes. You are ultimately responsible for the entire client experience, from the initial consultation to post-installation service, ensuring our company is consistently viewed as the most trusted partner in the industry. Furthermore, you'll manage company assets, including fleet and inventory, to maximize efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 10 years experience in Field Services with a minimum five years in multi-site managerial or regional leadership role with direct supervisory responsibilities and direct P&L responsibilities Strong financial acumen with proven ability to develop and achieve financial results, to include forecasting and budgeting Willingness to travel at least 50% within assigned region with variable travel throughout company footprint Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence target outcomes Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and standard business applications As a condition of employment, employer will conduct a background check and drug screen prior to hire Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field Technical knowledge of exterior access control systems, gates, IP video, overhead doors, and parking systems market segments preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
