Title: ServiceNow ATF Testing Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain

automated test scripts

using

ServiceNow ATF

and

Selenium WebDriver with Java . Execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites across ServiceNow and integrated platforms. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define

test strategies and acceptance criteria . Perform

functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing . Debug and analyze issues, log defects, and track them to closure. Ensure alignment with

CI/CD pipelines

and integrate automation with build and deployment tools. Provide reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and risk areas. Contribute to continuous improvements in

QA processes, automation frameworks, and test coverage .

Required Skills & Experience: 3–6 years

of experience in QA and Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience with

ServiceNow ATF

(Automated Test Framework). Proven expertise in

Selenium WebDriver

automation using

Java . Solid understanding of

TestNG / JUnit frameworks

and automation best practices. Experience with

API testing

(REST/SOAP) using tools like

Postman or RestAssured . Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodology

and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, qTest). Knowledge of

CI/CD tools

(e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab). Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
