We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Systems / IT Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to support and improve critical systems that drive manufacturing and logistics operations.

 Responsibilities:

Primary

• Maintaining manufacturing equipment functionalities using Ladder Logic.
• Support handheld scanner and label printer integrations across warehouse and production
• Administer ERP, WMS, and MRP systems (knowledge of systems like Acumatica, NetSuite, or SAP Business One preferred)
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, and routers)

Secondary

• Provide desktop, server, and application support for on-site and remote users
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
• Manage hardware lifecycles (desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, etc.)
• Oversee data backup, cybersecurity monitoring, and disaster recovery protocols
• Lead small-scale IT projects and collaborate with operations, warehouse, vendors and admin departments

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 1-3 years of programing experience, preferably in a Ladder Logic or Other acceptable languages including but not limited to Python, Java, JavaScript, C++.
• 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Experience supporting ERP or WMS platforms (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, Manhattan etc.)
• Familiarity with barcode scanning, label printers, Ladder logic, programming and industrial PCs is a plus
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve technical issues independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
