Resort General Manager - Salary up to $180K plus benefits, bonus, and relocation assistance! Mountain Resort - Estes Park, CO Ideal candidate MUST have: 5 to 9 years of CURRENT General Manager experience Independent resort General Manager experience in current role Prefer to have experience with a historic property! Our Resort General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through members of the hotel team. The Resort General Manager will ensure staff receive proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The Resort General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance. The Resort General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish.
The Resort General Manager will be a role model for our team and be able to motivate and lead them to provide the best experience for our guests!
