The Role The Patient Engagement and Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in the clinical trial process. You act as the face of the company and the first point of contact for many patients. Some of the people you speak with have never participated in a clinical trial and may be nervous or have many questions; your job is to guide them through the process and make them feel comfortable.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients into clinical research studies. You'll be working out of a busy, high-performing clinic. When speaking with patients you’ll be confirming interest in the trial, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling them to start in the trial.
Qualifications 1+ years of healthcare experience required 1+ years experience working with patient enrollment or engagement Ability to work on site M-F in Plymouth Meeting, PA
