Full-time Licensed Occupational Therapist
to join our outpatient rehab team. We’re committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment that values both patient outcomes and professional growth. Position Summary: Provide comprehensive, individualized occupational therapy services—including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs—designed to improve independence and quality of life. What You’ll Do: Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff Accurately document patient progress and outcomes Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience What You Bring: Current AL Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months) Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence Benefits of Joining the Team!
