Role Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless execution between sales, retail partners, and internal operations. This role manages all order entries, EDI transactions, and retailer portal requirements while coordinating ship and cancel dates, ticketing, packing, and pricing needs with the production team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail operations, understands retail cadence, and is highly skilled in order management systems and data tools.
Key Responsibilities
Process all sales orders utilizing retailer portals and internal systems Manage and oversee all EDI transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retailer requirements Act as the primary liaison with retail buyers on ship/cancel dates, order updates, and fulfillment status Partner with the production team to align order details, ticketing, labeling, pricing, and packing requirements Maintain accurate records of sales orders, ensuring visibility for leadership Troubleshoot and resolve issues with portals, EDI, or data discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of retail operations or order management experience, with direct exposure to EDI and retailer platforms Systems: Proficiency in platforms such as SPS Commerce, NuORDER, TradeStone, and/or comparable systems Technical Skills: Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reporting - with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail cadence, seasonal flows, and fulfillment requirements Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to work across sales, operations, and production teams, as well as with retail buyers Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines

Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid/Remote: Not available for this role
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000.00 annual salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401k Paid time off and company holidays
