ERP Implementation Contractor

for a fast-paced, high-impact 6-week deployment, with potential for temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to lead a full-cycle ERP implementation in a regulated environment and contribute to critical operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, from system configuration to go-live, within 6 weeks

Configure and deploy modules including: Item master, BOMs, routings, revision control

Purchasing and supplier management with ISO 13485 compliance

Inventory and lot/serial tracking; device history records (DHRs)

Sales orders, fulfillment, and invoicing

Financials (GL, AP, AR, cost accounting)

Migrate and validate legacy data across key business areas

Integrate ERP with QMS (e.g., CAPA, change control)

Create dashboards and reports (OTIF, COGS, supplier performance)

Train users and document SOPs

Ensure all processes meet FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and EU MDR standards

Expected Deliverables By the end of the engagement, the ERP should: Be fully configured with validated master data

Support workflows from procurement to fulfillment

Generate compliance documentation (DHRs, UDI, traceability)

Provide key financial and operational reporting

Be accompanied by clear SOPs and training for users

Qualifications Required: 8+ years of ERP implementation experience

3+ years in medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries

In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820

Proven success in ERP rollouts within 3 months or less

Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365

Strong background in system validation, data migration, QMS/PLM integration

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ready to commit to a focused 6-week project

Preferred: Experience at medtech startups or during scale-up phases

Knowledge of sterile supply chains or clinical kit fulfillment

Certifications (APICS, CSCP, or ERP vendor-specific)
