Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business. Review and approve project plans, estimates, and work schedules. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and timelines to clients and leadership.
Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
