The Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. This is a high-exposure role at the center of the firm, ensuring the CEO’s time and focus remain tightly aligned with Bravo’s most important priorities. The
EA will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate business and personal travel, and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Beyond logistics, you will have opportunities to contribute to select corporate and strategic initiatives, offering insights and problem-solving support to help move the business forward. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, balancing internal, external, and personal priorities Plan and coordinate complex business and personal travel itineraries Anticipate conflicts, resolve scheduling challenges, and keep priorities aligned Act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive matters with the highest discretion Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and follow-through on critical initiatives Contribute to corporate and strategic problem-solving efforts when invited Bring clarity, order, and execution discipline to a high-intensity, elite finance environment
What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in a high-performance support or operations role (finance, consulting, or comparable industries preferred) Exceptional organizational skills, mastery of scheduling and travel planning, and strong written and verbal communication Ambition to grow, thrive, and contribute at both a tactical and strategic level in an environment that demands excellence A standard of excellence in every facet of work and a strong commitment to professional growth
