Inventory Specialist
, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth material flow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with inventory management systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in office position based in Brooklyn, NY.
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, record, and track shipments of materials and products. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system. Conduct regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies. Organize and maintain warehouse space to maximize efficiency, safety, and accessibility. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory. Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse and inventory operations.
Qualifications No degree required. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, spanish a plus
