Executive Assistant to the CEO | 30-40 hours per week | Salary based on experience

We’re seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to partner with our entrepreneurial CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role goes beyond scheduling and email management, it’s about anticipating needs and ensuring the CEO’s business and personal life run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Business Support Manage calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination. Track action items from key meetings and ensure timely follow-through Manage email inbox ensuring timely follow ups, decisions and responses Act as a liaison with key partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and speaking engagements Act as a liaison with key partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Oversee special projects such as event planning, offsites Personal Support Coordinate personal travel and family scheduling Handle personal errands (reservations, gift sourcing, deliveries) with discretion Manage confidential documents such as healthcare, insurance, and financial records Serve as the point of contact for household vendors and service providers Qualifications

3–5+ years supporting a C-suite leader, entrepreneur, or high-growth founder Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset Strong written and verbal communication abilities Tech-savvy with tools like Office 365, Slack, project management software, and calendar platforms High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Ideal Traits
