Project Manager – Commercial Construction Location: Woburn, MA

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and building long-term client relationships. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of assigned projects—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do: Plan, schedule, and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines. Oversee projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Review contracts, drawings, and scope of work; resolve discrepancies promptly. Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth. Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance on budgets. Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list and warranty documentation.

Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Experience with Planswift or other estimating software. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management tools. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.
