The mission of the Office Experience Coordinator is to curate an office environment and experience where our dragons can thrive. They manage the office, including greeting visitors, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and coordinating in-office events. They must be collaborative, have a customer service mindset, and can prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Responsibilities: Manage office operations and establish yourself as the go-to person for all things office-related Establish a schedule and process to maintain office safety and cleanliness, meal vendor coordination, and food, supply, and equipment management. Order and restock snacks/office supplies Coordinate with utility vendors Occasional printing and organizing of office Become an essential asset to the Experience team by coordinating in-office and remote events, happy hours, team lunches, etc. for our employees, supporting our Company Value “Enjoy the Ride”. Work in collaboration with the Executive Operations and Recruiting team to create a great candidate and visitor experience.
As an Executive Assistant,
this person will be a strategic partner—managing complex calendars, international travel, and high-level communications across time zones and departments.
Your support helps align executive priorities, maintain operational flow, and drive key initiatives forward. You’ll coordinate multi-day offsites, board-facing calls, and project timelines involving VP-level and external stakeholders. You’ll also manage expense reports, streamline team communications, and handle sensitive information with speed and discretion.
In this role, you’re trusted to: Own global scheduling and travel logistics. Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively. Support planning and follow-through on high-impact deliverables. Ensure seamless coordination across internal and external teams.
Qualifications: Must be on-site at the office Tuesdays & Thursdays Strong experience supporting Executives and managing complex calendars, international travel, and high level communications Experience managing a rapidly growing office with evolving needs along with experience scheduling. A background of budgeting and submitting expenses. Experience with Google Calendar and Slack is a plus.
