The
Senior Financial Analyst
plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, forecasting, and delivering insights that inform business strategy and operational performance. Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst partners cross-functionally with business units, finance, and executive teams to support budgeting, cost management, and strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial models. Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. Lead the Company's annual bottoms-up budgeting process Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Prepare analytics to review YoY, QoQ, MoM trends as well as visuals for trends for the business revenues and expenses by brand. Translate financial data into clear, concise narratives for non-finanacial stakeholders. Support the monthly financial close activities with key analyses across the organization. Must be able to think through problems, using critical thinking and detective work. Prepare analysis of accounts as requested and give insightful analysis when needed. Ability to meet deadlines.
Complete other ad hoc tasks and projects as requested. QUALIFICATIONS:
4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finances, or related areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience developing financials reports and metrics A keen eye for detail An ability to work independently Strong work ethic, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player who is willing to assist where necessary. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Office Location:

4x Per Week In-Office, Fridays WFH Some travel required to Colorado, particularly for training, but on a periodic as-needed basis
