$150,000 – $180,000+ annually, plus full benefits and performance bonus
Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects. This is a key leadership role with clear advancement opportunities into Project Executive for the right individual. We are also open to considering experienced Project Managers who are ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position.
Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with OSHPD/HCAI requirements Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources while maintaining high quality and compliance standards Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Oversee and mentor project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain smooth project delivery and client satisfaction Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to drive business goals, project strategy, and future growth opportunities Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of progressive project management experience with a General Contractor Demonstrated success managing OSHPD/HCAI regulated healthcare projects Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
