Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter & Sales Closer

We offer high-demand beauty and wellness services with a strong base of inbound leads, no cold calling needed. We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help convert our steady flow of warm leads into booked appointments and paying clients. If you’re quick on your feet, love sales, and can build trust fast, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do This role blends appointment setting with light closing. You’ll qualify leads, guide them toward the right service, and secure their booking. Key Responsibilities: Respond to new inbound leads within 5 minutes (speed is everything here) Qualify prospects and match them with the right service options Schedule consultations and secure bookings with deposits Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to keep conversations alive Reconnect with past leads, no-shows, or cancellations to bring them back in Keep detailed notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM & calendars Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for response time, booked calls, and closed sales What’s In It For You Base pay + uncapped commissions (high earning potential for top performers) Clear performance metrics so you always know where you stand 100% remote, work from anywhere A supportive team that moves fast and celebrates wins Room to grow as the company scales You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in remote sales, appointment setting, or closing Are confident on the phone and can build rapport in minutes Have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Can follow a proven process while still bringing your own personality to the conversation Know your way around Google Workspace tools & GoHighLevel Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal Stay organized and disciplined with follow-ups Are driven, self-motivated, and love winning Are fluent in English (spoken & written)
