We are seeking a
Family Law Paralegal
to join their Mt. Laurel, NJ team
full-time Responsibilities: Prepare cases for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and assist in client meetings. Draft legal documents including pleadings, interrogatories, subpoenas, complaints, and affidavits. Prepare Case Information Statements and child support guidelines. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff. Manage attorneys' calendars and schedule court appearances and meetings. Qualifications: 2+ years of family law experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CIS software, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and SharePoint. Bilingual in Spanish is a
plus , but not required. Salary:
$65,000 – $70,000 (based on experience) Compensation & Benefits: Paid time off. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Life and Disability Insurance. FSA/HSA. Retirement Plan with employer match.
