Position Summary:
CSP is partnering with a reputable uniform rental company to help them identify a Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Senior Maintenance Technician is a hands-on leader responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Specializing in both mechanical and electrical systems—including gearboxes, conveyors, 3-phase motors, pumps, and PLC-controlled machinery—this role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The Senior Maintenance Technician also mentors junior technicians, supports preventive maintenance strategies, and partners with production to minimize downtime.
Flexibility is required for occasional weekend work, emergency on-call coverage, and scheduled maintenance or equipment upgrades.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on industrial equipment (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, 3-phase motors, electrical controls). Diagnose and repair PLCs, sensors, relays, and automation components. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime. Support equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. ~ Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems (gearboxes, bearings, belts, conveyors, hydraulics). ~ Proficiency with electrical systems (3-phase motors, VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, sensors). ~ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams. ~ Welding, fabrication, and machining skills (preferred). ~
