Soliant is seeking a dedicated and credentialed
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to support students in a school-based setting in
Sauget, IL
for the 20252026 academic year. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and team collaboration to meet the needs of students with autism, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and special education staff to support student goals Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals implementing BIPs Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Train school staff in behavioral strategies and data collection procedures Ensure all services are compliant with IDEA and district guidelines Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification (required) Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements (preferred, not always required) Experience in school-based or pediatric ABA preferred Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay: $40
$55 per hour
