With a growing portfolio of complex builds ranging from $10M to $50M, the company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure project excellence.
Position Overview We are hiring a Superintendent with extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, hospitality, or municipal construction, with VA project experience strongly preferred. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive field operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality. Manage site logistics, inspections, and compliance with healthcare and federal construction standards. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven success managing projects in the $10M–$50M range. Strong background in healthcare, hospitality, or municipal projects. VA project experience is highly preferred. Must not have primary experience in warehouse, industrial, wood frame, retail, or restaurant construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within Central Florida or the Southeast as needed. Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $150K, with flexibility for candidates with VA experience. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and performance bonuses. Travel reimbursement and per diem provided for out-of-town projects.
