Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee cleanroom construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a successful track record delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout, partnering closely with Superintendents to monitor progress, budgets, and schedules. Manage design/build projects, coordinating with design firms and reviewing architectural/engineering drawings to ensure functionality, compliance, and value engineering opportunities. Oversee subcontractor compliance with insurance, bonding, contract, and minority participation requirements. Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts while managing owner and subcontractor change orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction. Train, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and project teams. Utilize

, and project scheduling software ( MS Project
or
Primavera P6
) to manage document control, change management, and reporting. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and all applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of relevant construction project management experience, preferably with cleanroom or highly technical projects. Proficiency with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera P6). Working knowledge of Revit and ability to interpret detailed design drawings. Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Willingness to travel as required.
