Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment? We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client and support our workforce with excellence, empathy, and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing: Talent Acquisition
: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Onboarding & Offboarding
: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees. Performance Management
: Coordinate performance review cycles and support continuous feedback practices. Employee Relations
: Provide guidance and support on employee concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Coaching & Development
: Partner with managers to foster employee growth and engagement. HR Administration
: Maintain accurate records, support compliance, and streamline HR operations.
What You Bring: 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the construction or related industries. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce development. Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for supporting people and processes.
