Overview

The Sr. Facility Engineer will be responsible for Facility Engineering Design, Midstream Connections/Forecasts, Environmental remediation/modifications to facilities in the Anadarko and Powder River Basins. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities engineering design, a creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to successfully work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties: New Build Facility Design and Construction Work with EH&S team to build OOOO compliant facilities Work with Production-Reservoir teams to build facility fit for production needs Work with D&C Teams during SIMOPs operations to ensure safe practices are met Lookback on Facility Costs quarterly Evaluate downsizing facilities to be used on new D&C projects Collaborate with 3 rd

party midstream companies for connections and Initial Production Planning. Conduct regular meetings with oil, gas and water midstream providers to provide construction updates and initial production timing Provide design and procedures for pipeline projects if gather cannot connect in a timely or cost-effective manner Existing Facility Repair/Modifications Modify facilities due to artificial lift workover or recompletions Retrofit facilities as needed to meet environmental needs as regulations change Work with operations to troubleshoot on site oil and gas production facility equipment, provide recommendations and implement changes to future designs in a fast-paced Lookback on Facility Repairs quarterly Recommendations for pro-active measures to prevent failures Trending on equipment to determine failure patterns Modifications needed to new build facilities Make frequent visits to the field and closely manage construction project from start to finish Equipment Bid Process Work with procurement team to get yearly bids on large scale equipment Tanks, Heaters, Separators, etc Work with field teams to bid out smaller equipment and labor Roustabout, welder, pipe/valves/fittings, etc · Environmental Incident Response & Investigation (as needed) o Work with field team to clean up spills/fires/etc o Investigate equipment malfunctions/failures and determine mitigations · Manage Production Chemical Program o Emulsion issues in facility during flowback phase o Corrosion/Scale preventative maintenance program o Acid clean up projects to remove tubing build up or downhole skin damage · Frac Protect planning and oversight Education/Training: Bachelors in Engineering Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred 5 years of industry experience, specifically in gathering and handling liquids in a production battery and oil and gas separation equipment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking with general knowledge of oil field equipment/operations Good communication and interpersonal skills with field and office personnel Self-motivated and ability to multitask Understanding of importance of time management to meet internal and external deadlines Proficient with Microsoft excel, Spotfire, ProMax, CAD programs
