We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Commercial Property Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and operating efficiently to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walkthroughs and documentation. Property Operations: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and curb appeal. Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., safety codes, environmental laws). Financial Management: Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital improvement plans. Monitor rent collections, manage delinquencies, and enforce lease terms. Approve invoices and manage property-related expenses within budget. Lease Administration: Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance with lease terms. Maintain accurate lease abstracts and tracking systems. Coordinate with leasing agents or brokers on marketing and leasing strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on property performance. Maintain accurate property records, including contracts, inspection reports, and correspondence. Provide detailed updates to ownership or asset management teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management. Strong knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and building operations. Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Professional certification (e.g., CPM, RPA, or real estate license) is a plus. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with regular property site visits. May require occasional evening or weekend work for emergencies or tenant needs. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
