Overview:

As an HRIS Analyst II at QXO Inc, you will serve as a hands-on systems contributor, improving the accuracy, functionality, and usability of our HR platforms. You'll configure key parts of the HRIS, run business-critical reporting, and ensure compliance. This role combines technical configuration with customer service and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do Configure security roles, workflows, and validations across HR modules Troubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with error remediation Develop custom reports and scheduled dashboards for HR and business leaders Support release management through feature testing and regression validation Partner with People Ops and IT to improve self-service capabilities Maintain business process documentation and SOPs Support data privacy and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR)
What You'll Bring Experience: 2–4 years in HRIS or HR/IT operations Education: Bachelor’s required; HR technology coursework preferred Systems Exposure: Cornerstone, ICIMS, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management Certifications: Workday HCM Core, SHRM-CP preferred
