Structure Resources is seeking a high-performing Vice President of Project Management.

Our client is an Indianapolis-based General Contractor specializing in commercial building. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the direction of high-profile construction projects, lead a talented project management team, and drive strategic growth while working with a company that values long-term career development and a positive work culture. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the project management division, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of multiple large-scale, complex construction projects across various sectors. Establish and implement best-in-class project management processes, standards, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the company at the executive level. Collaborate with executives, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project and organizational goals are achieved. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and support staff, fostering professional growth and accountability. Partner with business development teams to support revenue growth through repeat business and new client acquisition. Proactively assess and mitigate organizational and project-level risks, ensuring financial and operational success. Present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in a senior project management leadership role within the construction industry. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at both client and executive levels. Experience overseeing large, complex, and multi-million-dollar projects from inception through completion. Thorough understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
