Compensation: This role offers salary plus bonuses and commission. The better the company does the better you do. We need a direct fit with experience for this position; not an I can learn type candidate. Salary: $70,000-$90,000 D.O.E. Bonuses Commission
Role Description (5:45am-2:45pm On-site Position) This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Office Manager located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a heavy recruiting position for multiple states plus additional responsibilities. Hiring for Experienced Construction Personnel Operators and Recent Graduate Engineers. This position involves going to college and university career fairs to pick the best and brightest engineers to help Advanced GPR grow quickly. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring efficient administrative support, managing office equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating office activities, maintaining records, scheduling services, interviews/recruiting, Insurance COIs, and facilitating communication between field and office personnel.
Qualifications Proficient in Communication and Maintaing Company Culture Experience with insurance certificates, payroll, invoicing, purchase orders, and change orders Lien and waiver Documentation Experience Recruiting for skilled labor for concrete cutting/coring as well as excavating and semi-skilled field service engineering positions for multiple states Problem Solving Scheduling and Directing Field Personnel Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ Experience in the construction industry is required Apple Products: Iphone, Ipad and Mac computers/applications (Pages, Numbers, etc)
