We’re looking for a detail-oriented
Estimator to join a dynamic team in Richmond, VA
. This is an opportunity to be part of a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. The team is known for its collaborative culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to excellence. What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate estimates and budgets for exciting construction projects Interpret architectural and engineering drawings Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and subcontractors Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Assist in bid preparation and proposal development
What We’re Looking For: 3-10+ years of estimating experience in commerical, multifamily or retail perferred. Strong knowledge of estimating software and Excel Excellent analytical and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
