We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Technical Designer

to join our team, specializing in

intimate apparel

. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of products across categories including bras, lingerie, shapewear, and sleepwear. You’ll work collaboratively with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure each garment meets the highest standards of fit, construction, and function—while aligning with production timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed technical specification packages from first prototype through to production. Own the technical development process for designated product categories as assigned by senior leadership. Review and assess incoming samples for quality, specification accuracy, and construction integrity. Prepare and organize products for fit sessions; lead fittings with a focus on achieving consistent fit and construction standards. Act as the fit expert in cross-functional meetings, communicating necessary adjustments to meet design intent and technical requirements. Recommend innovative technical solutions to improve garment fit, performance, and function. Collaborate with design to assess material suitability and fabric performance related to garment construction and wearability. Create and update tech packs, garment specs, and construction details for hand-off to production. Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time product development without compromising quality.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in technical design, pattern-making, and fitting within the

intimate apparel

category. Expertise in bra construction and fitting is essential; experience with shapewear and sleepwear is highly preferred. Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fabric behavior. Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. , and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
