Full-time | On-site Overview We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join the plant maintenance department. These roles are critical in ensuring production efficiency and machinery reliability. With overtime potential and a full benefits package, this is a strong career opportunity for individuals with mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise. Shifts 2nd Shift:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift:

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and production machines. Follow diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and repair malfunctions. Locate sources of problems by observing equipment in operation, listening for irregularities, and using precision measuring/testing instruments. Adjust and repair functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools and measuring equipment. Minimize downtime by advising production staff on preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data. Support safe and clean operations by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot 110 VAC, 240/480 VAC 3-phase systems. Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related tasks as assigned. Requirements Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules, including weekends. Strong math, communication, and technical reading skills (manuals, safety instructions, warning signs). Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Skilled in welding/brazing, operating lathes, milling machines, and other shop equipment. Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders/scaffolds, and handle physically demanding tasks. Strong hand-eye coordination, mobility, reflexes, and dexterity (including work at ceiling heights).
