Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction
DataX Connect are representing a top US General Contractor who require an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of complex
mission critical construction projects
. In this role, you'll oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project business plans, logistics, safety, and phasing strategies Act as the primary liaison with engineers, architects, and key stakeholders Coordinate subcontractors, manage contracts, change orders, and procurement Drive schedule development and ensure timely material delivery Monitor financials, labour forecasts, compliance, and project reporting Lead site meetings, city/state reviews, and quality/safety inspections Mentor assistant project managers and interns
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in construction project management Proven experience in Mission Critical Construction Proficiency with Prolog, E1, and construction management tools Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage architectural, structural, MEP scopes across multiple trades
