One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Manager with 4–8 years of proven success in managing commercial real estate assets. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and vendor management to ensure the highest standards of service and asset value.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned commercial properties, ensuring compliance with leases, contracts, and company policies. Maintain positive tenant relations, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Negotiate, administer, and monitor vendor and service contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality performance. Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance, safety, and presentation. Assist with leasing activities, including tenant renewals and coordination with brokers. Collaborate with ownership and senior management to implement property improvement and capital expenditure plans. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications 4–8 years of experience

in property management, with a focus on

commercial properties

(office, retail, or mixed-use). Strong knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and property operations. Proven ability to manage vendor contracts and oversee maintenance/repair activities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; CPM or RPA designation a plus.
