Civils Superintendent

to take ownership of field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor with a steady pipeline of civil infrastructure work across North Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations for civil projects including highways, utilities, grading, and excavation. Supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and contract specifications. Coordinate closely with Project Managers to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule. Track resources, productivity, and budgets to maximize efficiency on site. Conduct regular site inspections, documentation, and reporting. Requirements: 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on civil/heavy civil projects. Strong background in utilities, earthworks, roadway, and groundworks construction. Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
