Commercial Leasing Agent The Moinian Group – New York City The Moinian Group is currently seeking a motivated Commercial Leasing Agent to lease office space across our commercial portfolio in New York City. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leasing, relationship management, and market analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow within a leading organization. Key Responsibilities Market available properties through targeted outreach, brokerage networks, and industry platforms. Conduct property tours, present proposals, and maintain strong communication with prospective tenants. Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments to achieve optimal outcomes for both landlords and tenants. Draft, review, and manage lease documents in coordination with legal teams. Research market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties to support pricing and positioning strategies. Track pipeline activity and prepare commission calculations. Prospect new tenants through cold-calling, networking, and relationship management. Cultivate relationships with brokers, investors, and local business leaders. Excellent communication skills with outgoing personality and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth within the organization. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial leasing or the real estate industry (preferred). Experience leasing office space and managing renewals. Proven ability to build relationships with tenants and brokers. Track record of successfully managing leasing processes from tour to lease execution.
