Complete property checklists to ensure properties are rent ready. Complete property inspections and identify deferred maintenance and/or lease violations. Troubleshoot and repair identified issues. Repair drywall, re-key locks, and complete interior painting. Complete light electrical and plumbing work. Coordinate turnovers with property manager Document your work in writing and with before/after photos. Work independently MINIMUMS REQUIREMENTS: 2 year+ of maintenance experience required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Experience with appliance repair. Experience documenting work with photos and written reports. Must have reliable vehicle that you can use for work Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Must be able to passing a background check and drug screening. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable on ladders at heights of 20 feet. Periodically on-call.
