Job description: We’re seeking a

Service Specialist

to join our onsite team in Seattle. This role supports daily office operations, including

customer service, reception, mailroom, print/copy, hospitality, and facilities support.

What You’ll Do: Greet visitors & answer incoming calls in a professional manner Sort, distribute, and process mail/packages Complete copy, print, and scan requests accurately Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas Restock supplies & assist with light facilities tasks

What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or office support) Strong communication & multitasking skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Details: Onsite: Seattle, WA Schedule: Mon–Fri, shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm (must be flexible) Dress Code: Casual No parking provided ✅ Background check required before start
