Electrical Superintendent

We're looking for a boots-on-the-ground Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site electrical activities from rough-in to final commissioning Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and technical drawings to guide installations Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve conflicts Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and quality inspections Qualifications: 3+ years of field experience with proven leadership in supervisory roles Proven track record managing large-scale commercial builds ($30M+) Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and commercial electrical systems Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tool Why Join Us: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Full benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) Opportunities to lead high-profile projects and grow within the company A safety-first culture and a team that values craftsmanship and accountability
