Senior Project Manager
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader in heavy civil and paving who can oversee large-scale projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple paving/asphalt projects simultaneously. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance to ensure profitability and quality. Collaborate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Mentor and develop project engineers and junior staff. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive project management experience in
paving, asphalt, or heavy civil construction
. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and industry-standard tools. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
