Executive Assistant
to support its CEO. This is a great opportunity to work with a high-caliber leadership team and play a critical role in a business redefining its industry, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner, managing an intense and dynamic calendar, facilitating internal and external communications, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed seamlessly. You'll be expected to bring exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and poise under pressure. The position is located mid-Peninsula, is in-office 5 days/week, and salary is up to $200K plus bonus. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and expenses Strong communication skills and a track record of handling confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage shifting priorities with speed and accuracy Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack Strong judgment and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree required Availability to work onsite five days a week
