With our current team of 6 dedicated professionals, we're on track to grow to 20 employees in the next 5-10 years. We're seeking a talented Architectural Designer eager to contribute to innovative projects and advance to project leadership within 3-5 years. Key Responsibilities: Measure and/or 3D scan existing conditions on-site. Convert measurements into accurate Revit models. Develop 2-3 design options based on local zoning requirements, client needs, and preferences, collaborating with senior designers initially. Support schematic design, construction documentation, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. Contribute to a variety of residential, mixed-use, restaurant, and emerging commercial/retail projects. Grow toward independent project management within 3 years through hands-on experience and mentorship. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of professional experience outside of school in an architectural firm. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Suite; experience with other rendering software a plus. Strong understanding of zoning, building codes, and client collaboration. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to professional growth, including pursuit of licensure (e.g., NCARB/ARE). What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits including health, eye, and dental insurance; 401(k) with 2% match; professional and continuing education support; and mentorship program. Paid holiday break between Christmas and New Year's, plus summer break around July 4th. Office perks like snacks and team lunches on Mondays and Fridays. A young, vibrant open-office environment that fosters collaboration and efficiency. Opportunity to work with a great client list in a small, dedicated team of designers and drafters, with room for impact and career advancement as we grow. If you're passionate about multifamily and mixed-use design and ready to build a long-term career at a firm on the rise, we'd love to hear from you!
