About the Role A confidential Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) based in Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both personal and professional spheres. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring discretion, flexibility, and round-the-clock availability. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting UHNWI, HNWI, or C-suite executives, along with a polished presence and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day personal support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and household/vendor oversight. Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel, including private jet and luxury accommodations. Serve as the primary point of contact for the principal, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times. Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure seamless personal and business operations. Liaise with staff, vendors, and service providers to coordinate household and lifestyle logistics. Oversee personal errands, reservations, gifting, and event coordination as required. Maintain a high level of organization, efficiency, and adaptability to accommodate last-minute changes. Provide occasional support during travel, ensuring the principal’s needs are met at all times.

Qualifications 5+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting UHNWI/HNWI, high-profile individuals, or senior executives. Prior experience managing private travel arrangements, including jets, yachts, and luxury accommodations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor. High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. Tech-savvy, proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern communication tools. Flexible and adaptable with 24/7 availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Local to Los Angeles / West LA.
