Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery Lead medium to large-scale construction projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, automotive, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget using established project controls and management tools. Collaborate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and ethics.
Process & Risk Management Implement standardized processes and leverage lessons learned to anticipate and mitigate project risks. Utilize advanced tools and digital modeling (VDC, BIM, smart modeling) to improve constructability, safety, and coordination.
Operational & Financial Oversight Manage budgets, cost projections, and financial reporting through project control systems. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value analysis and value engineering (VA/VE) methodologies.
Safety & Sustainability Prioritize “Safety First” to ensure an injury-free workplace for all stakeholders. Integrate sustainable practices on job sites, including recycling, waste reduction, emission controls, and eco-conscious site logistics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise Proven track record managing large, complex projects across multiple delivery methods (CM, GC, Design-Build, EPC). Advanced familiarity with digital tools such as BIM/VDC for planning and coordination.
Process-Oriented & Analytical Skilled at working within structured workflows and continuously improving processes through documentation and controls.
Client- and Team-Focused Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with clients, partners, and team members.
Safety & Sustainability Advocate Committed to embedding sustainability practices and maintaining a strong safety culture on every jobsite.
