Job Opportunity: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician
Location:
Great Falls, Montana Contract
: 6-12+ Months

About the Role As an
A&P Technician
, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing customer aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards. You will report directly to the Department Lead and work in a collaborative environment that promotes safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to the crew. Coordinate job progress: Notify next trade once tasks are completed. Maintain a
clean and safe working environment
at all times. Represent and uphold the
company’s core values, mission, and vision
. Perform aircraft repairs and maintenance with
a high standard of quality
. Accurately sign off on worksheets and work cards upon task completion. Exhibit
excellent communication skills
, both oral and written. Foster collaboration across departments and teams. Continuously build expertise and contribute to operational excellence.
Qualifications Must possess an
active or pending FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification
. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Effective oral and written communication abilities.
Preferred Experience Any
prior experience in aviation maintenance
, MRO, aircraft repair or inspections is welcomed. Experience with
aircraft types
(e.g., CRJs, Dash 8, Boeing 737-300/400F) is a plus.
