We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to become a key player in our HR team. In this pivotal role, you will support a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to benefits and compliance, helping to shape a workplace where employees feel supported and empowered.
What You Will Do:
Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries - answering questions, resolving issues and keeping things running smoothly. Support the hiring process from start to finish, including screening applicants and coordinating interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Assist with benefits enrollments, training coordination, new hire orientations and more. Help keep our HR systems and reports up-to-date and audit-ready. Facilitate employee referrals and employment verifications. Manage electronic timekeeping system including employee set-up, projects and client details. Work with Accountant to facilitate payroll. Recruit and place candidates for client-specific projects. Manage HR evaluations for associates and employees.
What You Bring:
2-4 years of experience in HR or an HR administrative role. A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Client-centric mindset treating every placement request as a priority. Great people skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
