Job Summary:
Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical SCM Sr. Associate in the Supply Chain Management department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor and assess current inventory levels for each retail partner. Identify and escalate risks related to out-of-stock (OOS), overstock, and low inventory levels. Collaborate with SCM to flag stockout risks and develop mitigation plans. Analyze sales trends and correlate them with existing inventory data. Recommend forecast adjustments in coordination with the planning team based on demand shifts or upcoming promotional events. Review weekly logistics and OTIF performance reports to ensure shipments meet customer requirements. Identify non-compliant shipments or trends, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions in partnership with Logistics and SCM teams. Act as the liaison between internal teams (Logistics, SCM, Sales) and retail partners. Proactively resolve replenishment issues, shipment discrepancies, and inventory misalignments. Attend and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Planning. Discuss upcoming retail promotions, new product launches, inventory levels, and demand risks. Lead or support special projects and initiatives as requested by management.
